This is without doubt the most accurate replica of the Marque. Dimensions are exact and allow many genuine Ferrari parts to be used in its construction.

The EG Autokraft was tge work of Emilio Garcia and Peter Jacobs. Emilio had been turning original Ferrari Daytona Coupes into Spyders for years so it was a logical step for him to engineer a replica. Moulds were taken from an original Ferrari Daytona Coupe to create this replica and he turned to Peter Jacobs to make the bodies, Peter was the man who built the bodies for the RS 200 Ford rally car and teh GTD, a very well made GT 40 replica.

The car has a seperate steel chassis closely replicating the original, whilst runningV12 Jaguar mechanical components for improved reliability. The E.G bodies are Kevlar reinforced composite and uniquely around seven coupes in all were built. Ironically the rareity in the original cars  were in the 7 right hand drive Spyders built, however the rareity in the E.G Autokraft replicas is there are only 7 known coupes worldwide!!!

These kits were around £20,000, plus the donor car. To be custom built Emilio would build one for around £25,000 and this was 20 years ago!!

This car for sale registered as an E.G Autokraft in 1978 represents an affordable classis car in its own right! significantly cheaper than an original Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe which are currently reaching upwards of £200,000!!!

This car has its own historical significance with a lovely patina and is indistinguishable from an original.
