Chassis/Body

The chassis is a standard crendon engineering chassis twin 4"tubes almost identical to the original cobra. Modifications have been made to the "pick up" points to accommodate the jaguar running gear/axles etc.

The GRP body , professionally sprayed in jaguar sapphire blue, has underfloor exhaust pipes, black PPC single roll hoop, Lucas p700 headlights glass wind wings and blue Perspex sun-visors
Engine bay: alloy panelled with black powder coated footwells. Chrome nudge bars front and rear
Fuel filler: quick release Aston alloy filler mounted o/s rear wheel arch.

Engine

SBF Ford Windsor 351 (5.7 litre) V8. Orin ally from a 1974 Ford Mustang the engine was fully rebuilt and dyno'ed by real steel in Uxbridge (320bhp, 370lbs ft)

The Block was fully cleaned, machined and bored 030" and all major rotating component dynamically balanced prior to assembly
