Built with a 1949 Vincent Rapide Series C motor (F10AB/1/2168),
This beautiful Egli-framed motorcycle is a joy to ride and amazingly quick
The “Egli” part of this equation comes from Fritz Egli, a former Swiss motorcycle racer who made a tremendous name for himself by building custom frames out of his speed shop.
One of his first creations was a Vincent Black Shadow that won a hill climbing championship, Egli had become so successful with his frame for the Vincent that he had no less than 6 other companies copying his design under license
This bike features Paioli forks, twin leading shoe front brakes, Akront alloy wheels, Mikuni carbs, and a 6V electric system.
The sale includes v5 paperwork and includes engine work to a high specification with many bills and a recent £2000 recommissioning by gasoline ally
It is in pristine condition and ready to go to a new owner.
