GT40 RACE CAR "GT Developments"

GT40 MK1 RACE CAR

This amazing specification GT40 by GT Developments was correctly registered 01/05/1992 with the correct GTD chassis number .

The original owner purchased new from GTD and put the car on public display in his museum . 

The car was then purchased by the second owner in late 1992 with only delivery mileage from an advert in the Sunday times .

Placed under the care of Niel Bainbridge (Porsche race car specialist) and then Hugh Bolton (Lola and group C car specialist) Where modification and conversion to a competitive race car took place . 

The Car was raced in the Sports Racing & GT , 750 Motor Club as well as invitation races at Croix, Zolder and Spa .

Finished in Guards red with white stripes .
